Accent Color Wheel Light -Our 9" (23 cm) diameter wheel contains four distinct quadrants, each
with violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red wedges, in this
order. A plastic handle attaches to the center of the wheel, which can
be set to spinning with an included cord. At rest, the wheel consists of
separate colors. Is this true when it's in motion? Our wheel includes
white wedges to increase the light reflected for viewing from across a
